Warranty Conditions
All products are covered by the manufacturers' warranty unless otherwise specified. To ensure the validity of the warranty conditions, you must thoroughly check the product upon delivery. If there are visible damages, you should not accept the product and should prepare a damage report. Alterations to the product, deformations, or any impairment of the original design are not covered by the warranty.

Return Conditions
If the product you purchased through our website is defective, you must contact us via the online support section of our site within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date. After this notification, the defective product that you return to us via the shipping company will be replaced with a new one. If the defect in the ordered product was caused by the customer's usage or if the product was used within the 7-day period, no return or exchange will be accepted. The return and exchange conditions are governed by the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
