Once we have received the invoice amount, we will send your order with UPS. Usually your order is shipped the next business day.
Please note: Shipping days may or may not be available during or around public holidays.
If the driver is unable to deliver the package to you, a second attempt will be made on the next day. You will receive a message in your letter box with the contact details of UPS.
Adler Edelmetall recommends that you contact UPS by telephone to schedule a new delivery agreement on a day that you are available.
